Reference is made to the announcement on 11 June 2025 regarding the intention to
launch a tender offer to buy back own shares up to a total of approximately 13.5
million shares in Vend Marketplaces ASA ("Vend") and the termination of the
ongoing share buyback programme.



Please see below information about transactions made under the buyback programme
announced on 10 March 2025 and ended on 11 June 2025.



For the period 10 until 11 June 2025, Vend has purchased a total of 32,000 own
A-shares at an average price of NOK 355.7147 per share, and a total of 34,000
own B-shares at an average price of NOK 338.5343 per share.

Following the transactions above, Vendhas bought back a total of 2,592,000
shares with a transaction value of approx. NOK 788,021,648 under the buyback
programme.



The issuer's holding of own shares:

Following the completion of the above transactions, Vend owns a total of
4,187,219 own A-shares, and a total of 4,582,761 own B-shares, corresponding to
3.75% of total issued shares in Vend.
