Reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated 30 May 2025 and the
resolution by the ordinary general meeting in Standard Supply AS on 13 June
2025, electing Espen L. Fjermestad as a new board member.

Espen L. Fjermestad has as a consequence resigned from his position as CEO, and
the Board has today appointed CFO Eldar Paulsrud as new combined CEO and CFO.
