Invitation to Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of New Sources Energy N.V.

Amsterdam, 13 June 2025 - New Sources Energy N.V. (New Sources or the Company) invites its shareholders to its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM). The AGM will be held on Wednesday 30 July 2025, starting at 10:00 am (CET), at the Pavillion of the Amsterdam Old Course, Zwarte Laantje 4, 1115 RR Amsterdam-Duivendrecht, the Netherlands. 

Meeting documents

The agenda and the explanation of the agenda items, the 2024 Annual Report, including the 2024 annual accounts, the proposal to amend NSE’s articles of association and other meeting documents will be available on New Sources Energy N.V.’s website:www.newsources.energy and on ABN AMRO Bank N.V.’s website: www.abnamro.com/evoting as of 18 June 2025. Copies of the meeting documents may be obtained free of charge by shareholders and other persons entitled to attend the meeting upon written request to email address: pr@newsources.energy, or to postal address: Apollolaan 151, 1077 AR Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The meeting documents will be available for inspection on appointment at the company's offices during office hours.

Issued shares and voting rights

The total number of issued common shares in the share capital of New Sources Energy N.V. is 117.858.811 and the total number of voting rights is 117.858.811. Shareholders may attend the AGM, participate in the discussions, exercise voting rights and ask questions on any agenda item if they hold shares in the share capital of NSE on the record date. The record date will be 2 July 2025.
