CodeLab Capital AS – New share capital registered

Reference is made to the annual general meeting of CodeLab Capital AS (the
"Company") held on 10 June 2025, where it was resolved to reduce the Company's
share capital by NOK 30,066,617.57 through reducing the par value of the
Company's shares from NOK 6.868034 to NOK 2.469677256.
The share capital reduction has now been registered with the Norwegian Register
of Business Enterprises. The Company's new share capital is NOK 16,882,405.38,
divided on 6,835,875 shares, each with a par value of NOK 2.469677256.
