Trading Pause on 17 June 2025

As the Company has previously informed during the Shareholder Information
Meeting which took place on 5 June 2025, the Company has agreed with Oslo Stock
Exchange to halt trading in the Company’s shares on 17 June 2025 from the start
of trading until the earliest of either:
a). An announcement of the decision of Italian Supreme Court of Cassation is
received by the Company and published via a stock exchange notice; or
b). The start of trading on 18 June 2025.
This decision has been made to prevent any possibility of trading based on
unequal information in the market.
