Inmark Asset Management Completes Refinancing of Helios Office Complex in Madrid:

Madrid, 10th of June 2025 – Inmark Asset Management has closed the structured refinancing of the Helios Office Complex in Madrid, owned by Hanover Investments, S.L.U., subsidiary of Inmark Prime Socimi, S.A.U.

Helios Office Complex was acquired by a consortium of Korean institutional investors through Inmark Asset Management in 2020 for €190 million. An extension of the senior loan with Santander and ING as well as a mezzanine loan facility has been successfully arranged, with the structured loan amounting to approximately €110 million.

The Helios Office Complex, located at 1 Calle Vía de los Poblados, Madrid, comprises two six-story office buildings with a total gross leasable area of 33,105 square meters. Completed in 2019, the complex serves as the headquarters for ING in one of the buildings and other companies.
