Minutes from Extraordinary General Meeting

Please find attached the minutes from today's extraordinary general meeting. All
proposals were approved.

In a subsequent meeting of the board of directors (the "Board"), the Board has
unanimously elected Silje Augustson as the chairperson of the Board. Following
this, the Board consists of Silje Augustson (chair), Frank Blaker and Song Lin.
