The publication of the 2024 Annual Report will be further delayed pending
finalization of the audit. The 2024 Annual report is expected to be published by
20 June 2025. The AGM will be held considerate of the minimum 42 days notice
from the date of publication of the 2024 Annual report and has been scheduled
accordingly for 1 August 2025.
