Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on 20 December 2024 in
which Vend Marketplaces ASA ("Vend") announced an intention to pay a special
cash dividend of approximately NOK 500 million in the second quarter of 2025,
and the authorisation granted by the Annual General Meeting of Vend on 7 May
2025 to the Board of Directors to approve the distribution of extraordinary
dividends limited upwards to an amount of up to NOK 500 million.

The Board of Directors has, on 11 June 2025, approved the payment of a special
cash dividend of NOK 2.22 per share.
