SEA1 – Director resignation

Mr. Ørjan Svanevik, Director of Sea1 Offshore Inc., has decided to step down
from the Board of Directors of the company following his appointment to a
position outside the company. The Board of Directors will initiate the process
of identifying a new board member who will assume office at the earliest
opportunity. We extend our gratitude to Mr. Svanevik for his valuable
contributions and strategic guidance and wish him continued success.
