New share capital registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Public Property
Invest ASA ("PPI" or the "Company") on 10 June 2025, informing of the
extraordinary general meeting held, and the resolution to increase the
Company's share capital by the issuance of 49,916,497 shares under the third
and final tranche of the transaction with TRG Real Estate AS.

The share capital increase pertaining to the 49,916,497 shares has now been
registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, and PPI's share
capital following such registration is NOK 17,209,140.90 divided into
344,182,818 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.05.

As informed in the abovementioned announcement of 10 June 2025, the 49,916,497
shares will be issued on a separate interim and unlisted ISIN, and first be
transferred to PPI's regular ISIN, and become tradeable on Euronext Oslo Børs,
following approval by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway of a
listing prospectus.
