Hazelview Securities Inc. (formerly Timbercreek Investment Management Inc.)
(“Hazelview”) on behalf of the portfolios of investment funds and client
accounts managed by it, sold preference shares in Pioneer Property Group ASA
("Pioneer") on May 9, 2025. As a result, Hazelview exercised control or
direction over less than 5% of the preference shares of Pioneer. As of May 14,
2025, Hazelview held no preference shares of Pioneer.
