Public Property Invest ASA Disclosure of shareholding

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements published by Public
Property Invest ASA (OSE: PUBLI) ("PPI") and Aker ASA on June 10, 2025, where
it was announced that Aker Property Group AS, through its subsidiary APG
Invest AS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Aker ASA, has completed the third and
final tranche of the acquisition of a strategic ownership interest in PPI,
announced on May 13, 2025.

In the final tranche of the acquisition, APG Invest AS has acquired 49,916,497
shares in PPI, following which APG Invest AS owns 84,589,085 shares in PPI,
equaling approximately 24.58 percent of the share capital and votes
outstanding in in the company.

The above calculations have been made based on a total of 344,182,818
outstanding shares in PPI following completion of the transaction.
