Hawk Infinity Software AS – completed tap issue

Today, Hawk Infinity Software AS has successfully completed a NOK 130 million
tap issue in its outstanding senior secured bond issue due July 15, 2030 with
ISIN NO 0013525006 (the "Bonds"). Total outstanding amount under the Bonds
following the tap issue is NOK 730 million. The tap issue was priced at 100% of
par value. The tap issue was initiated by a reverse inquiry. Net proceeds from
the tap issue will be used to finance acquisitions and for general corporate
purposes according to the bond terms. ABG Sundal Collier acted as arranger for
the tap issue.
