Flagging Crayon Group Holding ASA

In light of today's stock exchange announcement regarding SoftwareOne Holding
AG's voluntary offer to acquire shares in Crayon Group Holding ASA ("Crayon")
and the confirmed fulfillment of the final closing conditions, we would like to
inform you that we are flagging down our ownership stake in CRAYN.

DNB Asset Management has tendered 7,734,647 shares. Following the acceptance,
our remaining holdings amount to 42,372 shares, representing 0.04% of Crayon
Group Holding ASA.
