Envipco is pleased to invite investors, analysts, media and other stakeholders
to our Capital Markets Update in Oslo on Tuesday 9 September 2025 where we
will provide an update on strategic and financial ambitions for the company.

The event is expected to start early afternoon and may be attended in person
or via a live webcast.

Company speakers will include members from the broader Executive Management
Team (EMT). Participants attending the physical event will have the
opportunity to interact with presenters before and after the event.

This is a notice to save the date for Envipco's Capital Markets Update on
