Bulk Infrastructure Group AS: Fixed income investor meetings

Oslo, 10 June 2025: Bulk Infrastructure Group AS ("Bulk") has mandated Arctic
Securities and Nordea to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings
commencing today, Tuesday 10 June 2025. A new 4.5-year senior unsecured bond
issue may follow, subject to inter alia market conditions.

In connection with the contemplated new bond issue, Bulk will offer a partial
buyback of its outstanding bond with ticker "BISG02 ESG" due 15 September 2026
(ISIN NO0012701269).
