BIOFISH HOLDING AS Primary insiders purchase of warrants

Ljones, 10 June 2025: Odfjell Partners Holding Ltd and Odfjell Land AS have on
6 June 2025 acquired in total 1,900,000 and 3,002,745 warrants, respectively,
in Biofish Holding AS. Odfjell Land AS and Odfjell Partners Holding Ltd. are
related parties of primary insider Kjetil Grønskag.

After this transaction, Odfjell Land AS and Odfjell Partners Holding Ltd owns
in total 16,169,479 shares and 7,507,853 warrants in Biofish Holding AS.

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published 2 June 2025,
regarding the recommended offer from Langøylaks to acquire all shares and
warrants in Biofish Holding AS. It follows from the announcement that Odfjell
Land AS has pre-accepted the offer from Langøylaks, and the pre-acceptances
also include the shares and warrants acquired by Odfjell Land AS and Odfjell
Partners Holding Ltd after the offer was announced.
