Euronext Oslo Børs – Decision on admission to trading – Sentia ASA

“Euronext Oslo Børs has decided to admit Sentia ASA to trading on Euronext Oslo
Børs, alternatively Euronext Expand.

It is stipulated that the company prior to the first day of trading satisfies
the admission requirements on Euronext Oslo Børs. If the company does not
satisfy the admission requirements on Euronext Oslo Børs, the company will be
admitted to trading on Euronext Expand, provided the admission requirements on
Euronext Expand is satisfied.

The company is granted exemption from Rule Book II section 3.1.5.1 first
paragraph second sentence requiring the shares to be issued as part of the
“roll-up”-transaction to be registered in VPS prior to first day of listing.
Exemption is granted as the shares will be registered in VPS prior to first day
of listing but will not be transferred to end-investor at this time. The
relevant shares will be subject to lock-up agreements.

The CEO of Euronext Oslo Børs determines the first day of listing, no later
than 1 September 2025”
