Deep Value Driller AS – Minutes from annual general meeting

Oslo, 6 June 2025: The annual general meeting of Deep Value Driller AS (the
"Company") was held today, 6 June 2025.

All items on the agenda were approved as proposed by the board, including the
distribution of a dividend in the amount of NOK 0.25 per share, in total
approximately NOK 23.3 million, on the basis of the annual accounts for 2024.
The dividend will be paid on or about 17 June 2025 to the shareholders of Deep
Value Driller AS as of 10 June 2025, as registered in the VPS on 12 June 2025.
The shares will trade exclusive the right to receive dividend from and including
11 June 2025.

The minutes from the annual general meeting are attached to this stock exchange
