As announced 22 January 2025 KONGSBERG will purchase up to MNOK 360 of own
shares related to the employee share program. With the trades completed in
today's announcement, the purchases related to the employee share program 2025
have been completed.

The number of shares and the average price are adjusted for stock splits.
