Hafslund – Bondholders’ meetings conducted

Reference is made to notice to the stock exchange dated 21 May 2025.

Bondholders’ meetings and written procedures have today been conducted in
Hafslund AS' (A- (Stable) ratingfrom S&P and A (Stable) rating from Scope) 11
outstanding bond issues. The proposed resolution has been adopted in all the
bond issues. See also the attached letter from Nordic Trustee AS.

Based on the above, Nordic Trustee AS will amend the bond agreements. Payment of
consent fee to the investors will take place on 20 June 2025 as stated in the
notices (10 banking days from today).
