Circio Holding ASA: Minutes from the annual general meeting 2025

Oslo, 5 June 2025: Circio Holding ASA (the "Company") held its annual general
meeting today, 5 June 2025, as a physical meeting at the Company's offices at
Universitetsgata 2, 0164 Oslo.

All resolutions were made in accordance with the proposals from the board of
directors and the nomination committee, including, but not limited to, approval
of the 2024 annual accounts and the approval of authorizations to the board of
directors.

The minutes from the annual general meeting are attached hereto and will also be

Circio Holding ASA is a biotechnology company developing powerful circular RNA

Circio has established a unique circular RNA (circRNA) vector expression

In addition, Circio is developing a pan-RAS cancer vaccine, TG01, targeting KRAS
driver mutations. TG01 is currently being tested in two clinical trials: RAS
-mutated pancreatic and lung cancer in the USA and multiple myeloma in Norway.
These studies are being run through academic and industry collaborative
networks, supported by prestigious research grants from Innovation Norway and
the Norwegian Research Council, creating read-outs and future optionality for
the program at low cost to Circio.
