Norda ASA has 3rd of June 2025 after market close bought 601,970 shares in Ocean
Sun AS at a price of NOK 1 per share. Following this transaction Norda ASA
holds 601,970 shares in Ocean Sun AS. Christian Åbyholm is the Chairman of
Norda ASA and married to Kristin Åbyholm who is a member of the Board and
primary insider in Ocean Sun AS.

Norda ASA will together with Kristin Åbyholm and the Group of companies Kvantia
AS, Finyield AS and Caaby AS following the share transaction hold in total
9,450,748 shares in Ocean Sun AS (of which 50,000 shares are lent out),
corresponding to approx. 21.0% of the total outstanding shares.
