Martin Mæland, Chair of the Board of NRC Group ASA, has on 4 June 2025 purchased
120,000 shares in NRC Group ASA at an average price of NOK 6 per share. Prior to
this purchase, he owned 100,000 shares through his wholly owned company, Brimar
AS.

Following the transaction, Martin Mæland holds a total of 220,000 shares in NRC
Group ASA.
