LINK Mobility Group Holding ASA – Successful senior unsecured bond issue

Link Mobility Group Holding
LINK Mobility Group Holding ASA has today successfully placed a new senior
unsecured bond of EUR 100 million, carrying a coupon of 3 months EURIBOR + 2.75%
with quarterly interest payments.
Proceeds from the bond issue will be used to refinance existing debt.
ABG Sundal Collier, Arctic Securities, Danske Bank and Nordea acted as joint
bookrunners on the transaction. AGP Advokater acted as legal advisor to LINK
Mobility.
Settlement date is expected to be 17 June 2025. An application will be made for
the bonds to be listed at Frankfurt Open Market and Oslo Børs.
