Initiation of share buyback in connection with share saving scheme for employees

Entra ASA intends to purchase 97,558 of its own shares in connection with the
allocation of shares under the share saving scheme for employees at Entra. The
buyback will be conducted in accordance with the authorisation granted at the
Annual General Meeting held on 29 April 2025. The buyback will commence
following this announcement and is expected to end no later than 10 June 2025.
The shares will be purchased on Oslo Børs.
