OSLO, June 4 2025: Reference is made to the notice for the Annual General
Meeting of EXACT Therapeutics AS (“EXACT-Tx”, Euronext Growth: EXTX), published
on 28 May 2025.

The board of directors of EXACT-Tx wishes to clarify that a separate vote will
be held for each of the candidates to the board of directors, in the Annual
General Meeting to be held at 10:30 CEST on June 13, 2025.

Shareholders who wish to submit proxies or advance votes will be able to vote
accordingly in the VPS or by specifying the same in the relevant form attached
to the notice.
