Endúr ASA – Contract award Total Betong

04 June 2025 – Total Betong AS (“Total Betong”), a wholly owned subsidiary of
Endúr ASA (“Endúr”), has today been awarded a new contract for the construction
of Jåtunparken in Jåttå, Stavanger, worth a total of approximately NOK 480
million.

Total Betong will act as main contractor and turnkey supplier for the
construction of a residential project, including four buildings with parking
cellars, store facilities and 131 apartments. Total Betong will develop the
project in collaboration with Base Bolig and Ineo Eiendom. The project’s
ownership also includes Rebus Sør-Vest and Hausta Eiendom. Planning and design
will commence in Q2 2025 with construction activities expected to start in late
2025 / early 2026.
