On June 3, 2025, Nordnet AB (publ), through its subsidiary Nordnet
Pensionsförsäkring, sold 1,169,200 shares in KMC Properties ASA (ISIN
NO0010360175). After these transactions, Nordnet AB (publ), through its
subsidiaries, holds a total of 20,101,940 shares in the company on a
consolidated basis, representing 4.82% of the outstanding shares and votes in
the company.

The ownership distribution among Nordnet AB (publ) subsidiaries is as follows:
Nordnet Pensionsförsäkring AB: 0.099%
Nordnet Livsforsikring AS: 4.725%

Nordnet AB (publ) does not exercise voting rights for these shares.
This disclosure is made in accordance with sections 4-2 and 4-3 of the Norwegian
