Tvist 1 AS, a related party to primary insiders Stein Erik Hagen and Caroline
Hagen Kjos, has in an internal transaction today acquired 3,885,000 shares in
Orkla ASA from Canica AS, another related party to said primary insiders at a
purchase price per share of NOK 114.47 (being the volume weighted average
price for the Orkla shares on Euronext Oslo Børs on 3 June 2025). The
transaction has no effect on the total shareholding by Stein Erik Hagen and
Caroline Hagen Kjos and their related parties in Orkla ASA.
