On 2nd June 2025, entities connected to primary insider Kenth Eriksson, a member
of the board, sold Zalaris ASA (NO0010708910) shares. Athanase Industrial
Partners Fund II sold 8 694 shares at NOK 79.80 and Athanase Industrial Partners
II KB sold 38 006 shares at NOK 79.80. After the transaction entities connected
to Kenth Eriksson hold in aggregate 756 569 shares representing 3.42% of the
shares outstanding. The entities, Athanase Industrial Partners II KB and
Athanase Industrial Partners Fund II own 615 728 and 140 841 shares
respectively.
