EQVA ASA – The nomination committee's proposal to the annual general meeting

Reference is made to the notice for EQVA ASA annual general meeting 2025 to be
held on 19 June 2025 at 10:00 CEST.

At the time of the notice, the nomination committee proposal contained one
unconfirmed board member. On 30 May 2025 Tore Thorkildsen was appointed as CEO
of EQVA, and as a result he will resign from his position as board member of
EQVA.

The updated recommendation by the nomination committee is attached hereto. The
recommendation includes proposals regarding the candidates to EQVA's board of
directors, remuneration to the members of the board of directors and board
committees, candidates to the Company's nomination committee and remuneration to
the members of the nomination committee.
