Eidsiva signs new NOK 2.5 billion Revolving Credit Facility

Eidsiva Energi AS has today signed a new NOK 2.5 billion revolving credit
facility with a maturity of three years. The agreement includes two one-year
extension options. The facility is available for general corporate purposes and
replaces Eidsiva’s existing NOK 2.5 billion revolving credit facility signed in
September 2021, which has now been cancelled.
Handelsbanken acted as Coordinator for the transaction, which was completed with
a syndicate comprising Danske Bank, DNB, Handelsbanken, Nordea and SEB.
