Arva AS, rated BBB+/Stable by Scope Ratings, has mandated DNB Carnegie and SEB
as Joint Lead Managers to explore the possibility of issuing one or more
NOK-denominated senior unsecured green bond issues with fixed and/or floating
rate and minimum tenor of 5 years, subject to market conditions.
