Allocation of shares to PDMRs under the share saving plan for employees in Entra

insiders

All employees in Entra have been offered the opportunity to purchase shares for
up to NOK 150,000 at a 25 % discount, in accordance with the authorisation
granted at the annual general meeting on 29 April 2025.

The offer price was NOK 86.00 per share, calculated as the volume-weighted
average share price during the period from 30 March to 28 April 2025, minus a 25
% discount.

Notification of allocation of shares to PDMRs under the share saving plan for
employees is attached hereto.
