Salmon Evolution ASA: Disclosure of proxies for annual general meeting

Reference is made to the notice of annual general meeting ("AGM") in Salmon
Evolution ASA (OSE: SALME), to be held on 5 June 2025.

The chairperson of the board of directors, Tore Tønseth, has received proxies
without voting instructions to vote on behalf of 47,133,610 shares in
connection with the AGM. This constitutes approx. 10,2% of the outstanding
shares and votes in the Company.

The proxies are only valid for the general meeting on 5 June 2025 (unless they
are recalled prior to such time).
