New employee representatives

Election have been held among the employees regarding positions in the board of
HAV Group ASA.

Thor-Lennart Solvevåg continues as employee representative, and where Petter
Frøystad replaces Katrine Lynge. Andreas Rønning Stein and Anita Fjørtoft were
elected as deputy representatives.

The new positions will be held until the next ordinary election for employee
representatives in 2027.
