Sandnes, Norway, 2 June 2025

On May 30, 2025, option holder Jan Erik Tveteraas, CEO of Soiltech ASA exercised
100 000 options at a strike price of NOK 35. These options were granted on 20th
March 2020. Following this exercise, his remaining number of options is 47 440.

On May 30, 2025, option holder Glenn Åsland, COO of Soiltech ASA exercised 86
130 options at a strike price of NOK 12. These options were granted on 2nd April
2012. Following this exercise, his remaining number of options is zero.

The company will send a new notification when the share capital increase has
been registered in the Register of Business Enterprises. The exercised options
have been granted in accordance with the company's share option program.
