Buyback of shares related to share programme for employees in Telenor Group and executive compensation element is completed

As announced in the stock exchange release on 23 May, Telenor entered into an
agreement with DNB Carnegie, a part of DNB Bank ASA (“DNB Carnegie”) to conduct
buyback of Telenor shares to be used in the company’s share programmes for
employees in Telenor Group and executive compensation element in 2025.
In the first tranche, DNB Carnegie was mandated to acquire shares for NOK 45.7
million between 26 and 30 May 2025.
The first tranche of the share purchase has now been executed.
