SUOGR01 – Satisfaction of conditional call

Reference is made to the announcement published 21 May 2025 regarding the
exercise of the call option to redeem all outstanding bonds under the senior
secured bond issue 2020/2025 with ISIN NO0010900129.
The exercise of the call option was conditional upon the condition set out in
the Call Option Notice being satisfied no later than 2 June 2025. The condition
has been satisfied and all outstanding bonds will be redeemed on 5 June 2025 as
set out in announcement published 21 May 2025.
