Nicosia, Cyprus - May 30, 2025 - Reference is made to the announcement on May
26, 2025, regarding the successful merger between Seabird Exploration Plc
("SeaBird Exploration") and Energy Drilling Pte Ltd.

The Annual General Meeting of SeaBird Exploration (to be renamed SED Energy
Holdings Plc) will be held on June 26, 2025 at 11:00 am local time at the
company's offices at 16, Pantelis Catelaris Street, Diagoras House, 1097
Nicosia, Cyprus.

The Notice and Proxy form for the Annual General Meeting and the and the
Annual Report for 2024 are enclosed to this released. The Notice and
associated information are also available on the company's website at

We strongly encourage all shareholders to participate by casting their vote
via signed proxy. To ensure your vote is counted, please submit your proxy by
10:00 CEST on June 25, 2025, either via email at gm@energyholdings.cy or by
