HAFNIA LIMITED: Files a final registration statement on Form F-3

Reference is made to the announcement made by Hafnia Limited ("Hafnia” or the
"Company", OSE ticker code: “HAFNI”, NYSE ticker code: “HAFN”) on 22 May 2025
that the Company has publicly released a draft registration statement on Form
F-3 that it had previously submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange
Commission (the "SEC") for confidential review.

The Company has on 29 May 2025 publicly filed a final registration statement on
Form F-3 ASR with the SEC.
