Please be informed that Interoil Exploration and Production ASA (the ‘Company’)
has decided to postpone the release of its report for the first quarter 2025
until after the Annual Report has been published.

The Company expects to publish the Annual Report for 2024 on 13 June 2025, and
the report for the first quarter of 2025 on 16 June 2025. The Company’s Annual
General Meeting will be held on 7 July 2025.



This information is published pursuant to the requirements set out in the
Continuing obligations.
