The annual general meeting of Borgestad ASA (the "Company") was held today, on
28 May 2025 at 09:00 hours (CEST), at Fornebuveien 1, Lysaker, Norway.

All resolutions were made in accordance with the proposals from the board of
directors and the nomination committee.
