Aquila Holdings ASA – Ex right to receive subscriptions rights in conditional subsequent repair offering today

Oslo, 28 May 2025,

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Aquila Holdings ASA
("Aquila") on 27 May 2025 regarding a conditional private placement (the
"Private Placement") of new shares in Aquila, and the contemplated conditional
subsequent repair offering of up to 12,500,000 new shares for the same
subscription price as in the Private Placement (the "Subsequent Offering").

The shares in Aquila (Ticker: AQUIL) will be traded ex the right to receive
subscription rights as of today, 28 May 2025.
