Oslo, 27 May 2025: Webstep ASA (the "Company") has completed an exercise window
for vested options under its long-term incentive program, where in total 78,000
options have been exercised.

No primary insiders of the Company have exercised any options in this exercise
window.

The Company holds 1 012 939 treasury shares following the option exercise.
