Protector Forsikring ASA has on 26 May finalised its buy-back program before end
date as the maximum amount of NOK 40 million defined in the program has been
met.

The total program comprised 99,374 shares repurchased in the market for a total
consideration of NOK 39,999,993.22. The weighted average price for the shares
was NOK 402.5197.
