The Annual General Meeting of Integrated Wind Solutions ASA was held today, 27
May 2025, at the Company's offices at Støperigata 2, Aker Brygge, Oslo.

All proposals on the agenda were adopted in accordance with the proposals set
out in the notice dated 6 May 2025.
