Hynion AS – New share capital

Oslo, 27 May 2025: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by
Hynion AS (the "Company") on 26 May 2025, regarding the Company's board of
directors resolving to increase the share capital of the Company in accordance
with an authorization granted to the Company's board of directors resolved at
the Company's annual general meeting held on 2 April 2024.
The new share capital has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of
Business Enterprises. Following this, the Company's share capital is NOK
581,666.26, divided into 116,333,252 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK
0.005.
